Ryanair ROBLOX is committed to protecting our customer privacy and takes its responsibility regarding the security of customer information very seriously. We will be clear and transparent about the information we are collecting and what we will do with that information.

b. ROBLOX username, when filling in a form;
c. Details of a ban, when filling in a form;
d. Information you provide of a problem, when using our Help Centre;
e. The communications you exchange with us in chat services, emails and social media;
f. Information collected from surveys (these will never request your personal details);
g. Your IP Address - which is not visible to others and cannot be used to identify you.
Your data may be used for the following purposes:
a. Providing services you request: we use information, such as those given in ban appeals, to deliver the outcome you requested.
b. Contacting you to inform you of outcomes of a service which you have requested.
c. Legal or administrative purposes: your data may be used if needed to send customer surveys or handle a dispute. We do not request, store or have any personal details such as your name, address or phone number. The only personal data collected would be your email address when registering or logging into myRyanair, which you can also mask from your real identity by having a ROBLOX-specific email address.
d. Customer Service communications: data may be used to manage our relationship with you as our customer and to improve our services.
Your data (even though we never collect or store personal data from real life) is never shared with a third party unless it has legal warranting or is needed to assist with a dispute.
As we do not store personal information of you as a real life person, we would not have much information to give you should you request a GDPR subject access request.
We will not retain data for longer than it is needed. Data which is not required is archived, deleted and destroyed.

The only personal data we store is your email address - however even this is able to be masked by using a ROBLOX-specific email address. We do not collect or store your name, address, phone number or other information. We only store ROBLOX-related information, ensuring the website is secure, compliant and appropriate for ROBLOX use.
All data collected upon registration in the myRyanair section will be processed in line with this Privacy Policy.
We understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect the privacy and safety of children. Accordingly, children under 13 will not be permitted to open a myRyanair account. This relates to similar rules on Discord and ROBLOX in terms of safe chat. We will delete any myRyanair account created by a child under 13, as soon as we are made aware of it.
We keep your personal information contained in your myRyanair account for as long as you hold the account. You can change the personal data in your myRyanair account directly in the account. Click your account tab at the top of any page, then choose' My Account'.

Your myRyanair page should not contain any personal information from real life. Putting such information is at your own risk.
You are able to browse through profiles of other myRyanair users to connect with them.

Request access or portability - you can request any data we have of you (we don't have personal data, only ROBLOX data and your email if registered for myRyanair).
We do not store data of you as a person. We only hold ROBLOX information such as usernames and ban reasons.
