Face masks and guidelines for healthy flying
Travel restrictions apply and it is the responsibility of each passenger to check local requirements before travelling. You MUST also complete the necessary forms if your departure or arrival nation requires.
You must wear a face mask / covering in the airport and on board your flight. Some countries such as Italy, require this to be a surgical face mask. If you are travelling to/from/within Austria or Germany, it must be a FFP2 face mask.
Before you fly
Check in in-game and prepare any documents. Where possible choose Priority to keep your luggage with you.
Your temperature may be checked at the airport. If you do not pass this, you will be asked to return home.
It is mandatory to wear a face mask/covering in the airport and on board your flight in some countries.
At the airport
Limit the amount of luggage you take and use the automated
kiosks.
Use Fast Track where possible to limit queuing time at security.
Make sure to use hand sanitiser / hand wash as you pass through the airport, and where possible maintain some distance from other passengers.
When boarding
Don’t queue at the gates or dwell in the stairwells or air bridges.
Have your passport open and scan your boarding pass to limit your contact.
Keep your face mask on at all times. Our crew will also be wearing face masks.
On board
Aircraft will be disinfected daily, effective for over 24 hours.
Aircraft are fitted with state of the art air-filtration systems.
We will have a limited inflight service onboard. Queuing for toilets will not be permitted.
